We are currently hiring for a Shipping and Fulfillment position. This job would be part-time to full-time and will vary in hours depending on incoming orders. The main responsibility of this position is making sure that all of the chocolate ordered from us makes it to its final destination in good condition and quickly.
Pulling inventory to fulfill orders
Packing boxes to shipping across the country
Putting together and packing samples to ship
Processing orders into invoices and shipping labels
Taking packed orders to the post office, FedEx and UPS
Delivering orders locally (Park City)
When needed -Grinding chocolate to ship and fill orders
When needed - Helping fill retail shelves with product
Working and meeting with production manager and team to discuss bars/bulk chocolate needed to fill orders.
Communicating with customers/manager/orders person to answer their shipping questions and help with order problem solving where needed
Taking inventory of shipping supplies for reorder
Attention to detail and care for quality of product
Self motivated and good at multi-tasking
Technical skills: Basic Gmail, Google Docs, and experience with Windows and Apple
Willing to jump in and help with any tasks needed on the day
Excellent at working in a small team and working well with others
Shipping experience a plus but not required
We are interested in long term employees only at this time as this position does require some training.
Must have a car to make year round deliveries and shipping drop offs
Chocolate is heavy. Must be able to lift 60lb orders.

SHIPPING AND FULFILLMENT
Now hiring experienced baristas who have an interest in third wave coffee and a passion for perfection and customer service. Cafe hours are 7 days per week, 7am to 6pm. We have three shifts daily within these hours. Please contact email@example.com if you are interested. Applicant must have a Utah Food Handlers Permit.
BAR MOLDING AND CHOCOLATE WRAPPING
We have morning shifts (9am-1pm) and afternoon shifts (1pm-5pm) open Monday-Friday. Responsibilities include tempering, molding, cleaning and bar wrapping. Assistance with chocolate making is also a possibility, but this is a senior position to which assistant chocolatiers may graduate.
We work on a Monday-Friday 9am-5pm schedule year-round
We're looking for long-term employment
Kitchen experience is a bonus but not a requirement
Chocolate experience is a bonus but not a requirement
