CHOCOLATE MAKer

We have a position available for a chocolate maker. Job duties include cocoa bean roasting, winnowing, grinding, refining and other various tasks that involve the production of chocolate. We are hiring for a long term position. Experience with making chocolate would be helpful, but is not a requirement. Specifically, experience with cocoa bean roasting and roll mill operation would be especially helpful. If you do not have experience with making chocolate, we can provide all training.

  • Full Time, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm

  • Must be able to lift 50lbs+ repetitively, daily

BARISTA

Now hiring experienced baristas who have an interest in third wave coffee and a passion for perfection and customer service. Cafe hours are 7 days per week, 7am to 6pm. We have three shifts daily within these hours. Please contact michael@ritualchocolate.com if you are interested. Applicant must have a Utah Food Handlers Permit.


BAR MOLDING AND CHOCOLATE WRAPPING

We have morning shifts open Monday-Friday, 9am-1pm. Responsibilities include tempering, molding, cleaning and bar wrapping. Assistance with chocolate making is also a possibility, but this is a senior position to which assistant chocolatiers may graduate.

  • We work on a Monday-Friday 9am-5pm schedule year-round
