Nutmeg- Oat Milk Chocolate- Rum
Spiked eggnog is one of our favorite flavors of the winter season. For this bar we soaked Peruvian cacao nibs in golden run and then we added nutmeg, cinnamon, sugar and oats, and ground it into fine chocolate. The result is a delicious plant-based “eggnog” chocolate with hints of rum and nutmeg.
Only one batch was made. Enjoy it while it lasts!
